Our favourite local shops

Bread : Arnaud Delmontel

Arnaud Delmontel

Without any doubt. Arnaud Delmontel’s baguette has been voted the Best Paris Baguette in 2007. Cakes are just as fabulous. Everybody goes there for the Paris-Brest, Jean-Paul Gaultier’s favourite. We also love the Mille Feuilles, and the seasonal tarts (during the season, don’t miss the pear-grapefruit one !)

Sébastien Gaudard

Sébastien Gaudard has decided to land rue des Martyrs after a journey with the stars : deputy to Pierre Hermé at Fauchon, chef at the Délicabar of the Grande Epicerie, pastry consultant and star of the TV programs, he offers us the best of the traditional French pastry. Eclairs (vanilla, chocolate, coffee), baba au rhum, millefeuille, chou pastry with vanilla, religieuse vanilla-chocolate, Black Forest, Paris-Brest, Othello, lemon pie… French pastry with class.
